Software License Agreement 

PERMITTED USES
You may install this software on a single computer or networked system subject
to the conditions of this agreement.

USES NOT PERMITTED
You shall not:

• Rent, lease, lend, sub-license, or transfer your rights under this Agreement

• Alter, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Software

• Remove or obscure the Softree Copyright and Trademark notices

• Transfer passwords, hardware keys or other security related information

• Distribute copies of this software subject to the conditions 
  of this agreement

CONDITIONS
You agree that the Software, Software copies and Related Materials are the valuable property of the software's author and embody substantial creative effort, confidential information, copyrighted works and trade secrets of the software's author, all of which at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of the software's author. This License Agreement gives you certain limited rights to use the Software, Software Copies and Related Materials. You do not become the owner and the software's author retains title to all the Software, Software Copies and Related Materials. Except as specifically permitted by this license Agreement, you agree not to use for your own benefit, publish or otherwise disclose to others or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of the software's author, any such Software, Software Copies, or Related Materials. In addition, you agree to use reasonable efforts to protect the Software, and the software's author exclusive ownership thereof, from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or publication.

All rights not specifically granted in this License Agreement are reserved by the software's author.

the software's author does not warrant the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error free. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The entire risk as to the suitability and performance of the program and any designs developed with the aid of the program is with you. 


GENERAL
This License Agreement represents our entire understanding and agreement regarding Software, Software Copies and Related Materials. You may NOT sublicense, assign or transfer the license or the program except as expressly provides in this agreement. Any attempt otherwise to sublicense, assign, or transfer any rights duties or obligations hereunder is void. 

By opening the sealed disk package or by downloading the package from the internet, you acknowledge that you have read this License Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive agreement between us which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this License Agreement.
